Ratings and reviews

I don't understand why you don't allow people to uninstall the app and then reinstall the app after cleared caches and account information and still allow people to still retain their original password and account information that they have saved. Your system doesn't keep current information updated so it's hard to access a call radio established account.

this app is good but it contionusly logs me out and I think it should have a option to add biometrics to the app for a better login. (The busses should have a contactless payment option when paying on bus as well.) Also a new bus route just started (route 311 from MCO to Disney Springs and I did not have an option to purchase a ticket for this route which was upsetting because I didnt know if I had exact change in my wallet.) Please add this route to the app.

I get an error and won't plan my travel. I plan on visiting the convention center area and would like to rely on an app that would help me get around your Fair City. When I fill out either the two or from it asks if I own the web page. That's a weird error. Then when I try to open Google maps it really errors out says it can't open the web page. Just a meaningless app.
