Well at the time of me writing this review, the app is working the way it is supposed to work. I just had to verify my email but that was a smooth process. I was expecting the email not to send because of the reviews. For a while, you couldn't use the app for transfer tickets. I am giving 4 instead of 5 because they took way too long to fix the issue with transfer tickets. I don't ride the bus much but I do know that it was messed up for over a year.

They discontinued the bus tracking app and have yet to replace it. The Lynx website has a notice from last year that says: "Keep your eyes peeled for the NEW LYNX PAW PASS APP, set to launch in early 2024. With this app, you'll be able to easily purchase and manage digital passes, track your bus route, and much more!" We divest and divest, just to make things worse for commuters. Then they say that public transit doesn't work. Well no shis it doesn't work when you refuse to fund it properly!!

this app is good but it contionusly logs me out and I think it should have a option to add biometrics to the app for a better login. (The busses should have a contactless payment option when paying on bus as well.) Also a new bus route just started (route 311 from MCO to Disney Springs and I did not have an option to purchase a ticket for this route which was upsetting because I didnt know if I had exact change in my wallet.) Please add this route to the app.
