Loading takes a bit too long, and it gets even slower by the day(using S24U). Also, i Dont know about the cost to implement samsung pay/apple pay, but UOBPay is just not convenient enough with the loading times. In the times it takes to open UOBPay (including waiting times to login using fingerprint and everything), I would have already been on my way out of the shop by using samsung wallet.

It's very safe as the security feels high until we can't even screenshot. However it's very frustrating when we are unable to paste the account number or copy our own account number. It's making us using transfer function very inconvenient. We need to memorise the number and going back and forth to confirm when we don't have a paper to write down or what, which it is very time consuming and inconvenient. Overall very good.

I'm a new user. Almost every step in this app on boarding process, the screen 'hung' while reloading once I submit an entry. After waiting for some time, I clicked back. Then the next screen came on. Thank goodness I didn't have to start from the 1st step all over again.
