This does work, and the app looks slick, but it's very slow and flaky in use. It usually takes multiple tries and a long wait to connect, recognise the vehicle (this didn't work at all recently, you had to enter the VIN manually and it didn't remember it for next time), and to perform the scan. 20 mins to do a 2 min job. Given that anything other than clearing errors seems to be paid I wish I'd gone for something simpler, cheaper, and more reliable.

I don't have a real problem with the app itself it's the billing process that I updated my software and it registered four debits to my card for one purchase and I don't know whether I can get my money back or not. otherwise this is a wonderful investment no matter what you driving. ❤️

since updates it is useless and won't connect. Don't waste your money! In response to your message, I've done that and the old version of the software was much more reliable. I was using it for years without a problem.
