I selected the beginner option and the exercises were am absolute joke. second exercise was a plow pose. I don't know how they expect a beginner to be able to literally bend over backwards and a lot of the exercises on there required and obscene amount of flexibility that I don't think any reasonable person would expect a "beginner" to be able to do . There's no option to substitute for easier exercises if it's too intense either and how to do the poses aren't explained very well.

The app grants all kind of exercises, depending on the person's weight and height. The exercises are fun and help you achieve many body skills. The advertisements are not much and the app is free (it has a premium version, but the premium exercises are special and are really worth the money). I'm giving it 5 stars!

Confusing instructions - how long to hold the pose, etc. Hard to keep an eye on the little figure on the screen. Also an overview of what's to come would be helpful.
