This app started off as a good idea to find doctors. But there is always some bug, especially if you have chosen the option to be notified of an earlier appointment. The minute you chose to change or appointment it's says not available. Even though the app shoes that the time is available. That makes this app really inconvenient and irritating. Fix this issue then you will get 5 stars

I like the fact that appointments can be searched online and booked, however there are so far 2 points that contribute to a really bad app experience: 1) It's 2024 and the language of the app is still tied to the region of the user. This is really bad on so many levels. 2) As if the above was not enough, the app requires you to login every time you want to use it. Again, it's 2024, make use of sso and auth tokens with a slightly longer lifespan.

This app is useless when it gives you first available appointment that's not so far a way. Only to findout later when you acuratly doing the reservation that first available appointment is so far far away!!!. Also doctors they don't accept new patients!!. Even though every patient is a new patient at a point of time!!. So if you move to a new city hoping to find a doctor near by using this app simply just forget it! May be the app is not really supported by the doctors community the right way.
