Ratings and reviews

This app sucks! 1- no rider available!!!! 2- it never tells/notify you if a rider has accepted, picked up the order or on its way to deliver unless you check the Order tab! As someone na hindi techy, hassle to! Sana man lang, may pa notify thru text, or call di ba? I was shocked to know I had double booking!! 3- customer service is 🤢 too hard to communicate with! Utang na loob ayusin nyo naman!

This app is the worst. We ordered some supplies from our supplier and use this app to deliver those supply to us. When the rider accepted the booking he automatically turns off his location in the app and we waited for almost 2 hrs and in that 2 hrs his not responding to my chats and calls. When he arrived his the one whose more upset rathen than us. In addition he is very rude that's when I decided to report him to the chat support of this app but they're unresponsive at all and disconnecting.

App is great, all my deliveries were carried out successful. Thumbs up to the delivery personnels. But breach of trust, I have missing funds in my lalamove wallet, so is best not to keep any funds in there, and there is no record history where the missing funds went to, imagine if they take Rm5 from 1 account multiplied by 100k or 1m users, can easily swindle off millions.
