Ratings and reviews

There is some frustration in that there is very little information required to set up a profile beyond a photo and a few sentences. I want to date a person, not just a photo! The voice feature is quite good! First used Match over 20 years ago with success! However, it felt easier to navigate then than it does now! Quite a number of things are hidden or not intuitive!

I signed up to a monthly subscription and feel like it's a complete waste of money! I keep getting asked to "boost my profile" which will increase visibility and get more likes but of course this comes at a cost, now I'm stuck paying for months and it's proving really difficult to be able to cancel my renewal as the app doesn't have that function so I'm now concerned I'm going to continue to be charged, it's very basic even though I'm paying £9.99 a month and that's a discounted rate!

Terrible app, not worth paying for. Even with settings to my own specifications most matched are from a different country. A few days over the cooling off period and refused a refund. Dont waste your time. Same as the free apps and the agenda of match is money and not matches. In response, I did contact them and even escalated. Generic responses like the one below. All to make you look like good customer service. Also, once again requesting that no further payments go from my account.
