Signed up with a free trial and can't find a way to cancel on the app. I try going to the cancellation page on their website but it says my login info is incorrect when it isn't. Sent an email but this company are complete scammers that make it impossible to unsubscribe once signed up...

Misleading Claims and Poor User Experience: I recently used this app to buy cinema tickets, hoping to get them at a discounted rate as advertised. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Despite the app’s claims of offering discounted tickets, I ended up paying the full price. This feels like false advertising and was very frustrating.Customer support was slow to respond and unhelpful. They were intentionally making confusing claims. Stay away!!!!

Sorry to read that you didn't get as much discount as you were hoping for. All our customers have to agree to our terms and conditions before buying codes. We do advise customers to check the prices before purchasing to avoid any issues.

Signed up for this due to an offer through 02 priority. Sign up was fine, but the app logged me out, and now I can't sign back in. I have tried to sign on through the website without any luck. I have even tried to reset my password, but despite several attempts, I do not receive the link to do this. I am only happy that it was supposedly a free trial, and I have not paid for this.
