Your app is great, but there's still room for improvement to compete with Easypaisa. Consider making the user interface more intuitive and user-friendly. Adding filters to easily find packages by duration, such as monthly, weekly, etc., would enhance the overall user experience.

I've been informed by App that my PIN has been expired. I set the PIN and used the app for while. After a day or two, it says again that my PIN has been expired. Moreover, why I am being forced to allow the app to read SMS for OTP? I can copy and paste the OTP as I feel convenient this way. The app should give option to read SMS or allow the user to put the OTP directly in a textbox. I understand that the app CAN read SMS but it is not like MUST read SMS for OTP. Poor response.

Worst app I've ever used. First of all, I installed it on my mobile self purchased from authentic flagship store but after using it for more than 2 months, it's not accessible with an alert that my device is rooted!!! Are you serious??? Secondly, it's Support team is so active that I submitted the issue through Email but I've not received a sigle word from them even after 56 hours. Great App and Support. This is our banking app. L.D.L.
