The recent update has made the app terrible, it no longer provides a live ETA, it underestimates how long it takes for the driver to arrive, and clicking anything in the app takes you away from an active trip. The old app was simpler, better, and more reliable. I don't know why they changed it.

Absolutely rubbish. The old app was so user friendly, the new app cheap and rubbish. The old booking system, drivers would be dispatched promptly, now I end up waiting sometimes over an hour after work just waiting on a taxi. Thank God Uber is here to save the day when 001 let me down!

I would not recommend booking a taxi with this app or company. I booked a journey days ahead, and paid in advance. The company accepted the booking and then completely ghosted me on the day: no taxi turned up, and when I called I was told that they didn't actually have a driver available, and didn't know if they would be able to find one. Ended up getting a more-competent taxi company. Wouldn't recommend.
