97% of the time doesn't work. It fails in the worst timea possible. Bit maybe that's their goal, wte. To log in, you need to log in 3x. No drafts option for claims - one miss-click and everything is gone. The file upload, works sometimes, so you have to REDO the whole claim to just TRY again (and fail).

Both app and website were okay, until they recently decided to delete everything and start over. Since then no biometrics login and half of useful functions just gone. App now is read only, with literally 3 useless buttons (at least in contributions mode) with instructions to go to website for any action.

Garbage app, failure to load and operates as if it is running in a web browser anyway. What's the difference between just logging in through a bookmark on your browser? Constantly finding myself having to sit at my computer to log in and manage my claims. Oct 31 2025. Came here to post a scathing review after wrestling with this garbage app, only to see I have already done so last year. Sad to see nothing has changed and in fact gotten worse. Kaizen is definitely not in its culture
