I've been using Fnp for a while bit it amazes me see how disappointing they can be with order cancellation policies. Within 5 mins of placing an order and realizing it was wrongly done, I got back to the team with a cancel request and all they could say was,"Sorry,the order has been placed and cannot be cancelled". Fnp, you really need to get better with your customer service.

It's a vry nice app to greet someone with gifts , sweets , chocolate and many more diverse options . Only thing which is a little disappointing is that once ordered , it can not be cancelled nd if online transaction fails it automatically goes to COD. Now think if u r giving a present to someone but unfortunately transaction fails , then !!!! . But otherwise this absolutely nice app .

Extremely pathetic experience. One of the worst customer service people out there in this business. They will cancel products from your order at the last moment without giving any reasons and no mention of any refunds. Their customer service team close your support ticket even if the issue is not resolved. They will not cancel your orders even when you have genuine reasons to do so and explain it clearly. I repeat, do not buy from here!!
