Sent several emails but never received anything back from them. Very disappointed with this app. I would give 0 stars if I could for customer service the app itself is easy to use, but with all the sublimation items out there to make it would be nice if you mock up more than cups, mugs, tees, and keychains. Please someone with customer support please reach out to me. Thank you kindly.

This app does nothing. I downloaded it and opened it. Zero instructions. Zero tutorials. Zero anything. Just a black screen and some menu settings that don't do anything at all. Uninstalling.

This last update really made me question if this app is worth having. I had NO issues before the update. Everything always lined up like it was supposed to. Now when I open the app, I get one good run, and then everything after is horrible. Please revert to the previous format, because this last update has pretty much made this app worthless. Definitely not worth being paid for, which I had considered paying for additional options before the update, but definitely NOT now. Please fix this.
