Not just the app, the airline itself is a mess. Cheap but very unreliable. I've had my flight which I had booked over a month cancelled not once but twice. Costing me extra money rescheduling my connecting flight with a second airline and of cause a waste of time. Customer service too is so useless, you be on queue for ages until you quit. If you really need to be where you want to travel to at a specific date, Kenya Airways is not an airline to choose, very unreliable and useless airline.

Impossible to login to the awards scheme as it asks for otp which they then send after it's expired. Very useless experience.

Kenya airways should take these reviews seriously. This app is so awful. You can't search to book flights with it. Just keeps loading with no results. Unfortunately, the website is no different. And there seems to be no concern whatsoever to resolve these technical issues. The system changed the date I chose to travel and they charged me extra just to change a mistake they made. Terrible!
