It works and I've not encountered issues using the app but it could be better. Biggest complaint is there are NO WIDGETS. One a is setup, vast majority of the time I am only opening the app to (un)lock a door. I should be able to add a home screen widget to so this. How can this be a feature in iOS but not on Android which has supported widgets far longer? One setup gripe is if you are doing something that takes a minute, you can't leave the app else you'll lose your progress.

It's functional but inconvenient. Can't check battery percentage of devices. Forced to enter a last name to create a code. If I want to create an entry for one person that is identical for two locks, I have to manually enter the same info for each lock. No option (i.e. check boxes) to select multiple locks to add to a single entry. In Guest List, there is one entry per lock even when the entries have identical name, entry code, and access schedule. Makes list bloated. No dark mode.

Yale connect bridge is the largest problem here. The range is nonexistent, I had it a few feet from the router and it can't connect. Bluetooth range is no better. The lock itself connects with Bluetooth so slowly I just use the keypad. Don't buy Yale or August since they share the same technology. If a module goes bad, the lock can't be removed from the app. This is because the app needs to connect with the module that no connects to the app.
