This app is useless if you're in a hurry, don't have balance and want to recharge. You're better off buying a new card then. It takes one hour to add the amount to the card on a good day and much longer than that otherwise, very bad implementation. They can add more useful things like the exact train timings for each station so that people can be informed and don't miss the train but they don't even do that(wasted opportunity). Overall it's an incredibly useless app eating space on your phone.

All I see is wasted potential. it has everything needed, but doesn't work half the time. what's the need for the app to check for updates every two days, it's not like they're gonna add a new metro line tomorrow. The app gets buggy a lot and the servers are slow. Getting a qr ticket shouldn't be such a hassle. it's like the app is working against what it meant to do - make things easier.

Pros: Good way to instantly access and check the Available amount in the card. Check the route details and other info. Cons: Recharge at your own risk. Recharging takes a ridiculous amount of time. Expect at least 4-24hrs for the recharged amount to reflect in your card. You're better off waiting in a queue and doing the recharge instantly.
