Ratings and reviews

It once was a great app. While ads are clearly indicated as part of the "free" deal, they've since moved into a full screen "survey" for "prizes" that can't be closed out of. Instead you need to close out of the app and restart to get to your weather information. Ads are one thing, but this is over the top instrusive. Removing this app and moving on to something else. Edit: appreciate the feedback and explanation, but in light of your response, it makes me question app security. Still a no go.

🤔😯 For some reason, the clock for my location (as in, where I live, mainly) is a bit inaccurate (5 hours ahead, to be exact) whenever I check on the weather for it. 🤔🙂😯 No idea why it does that, but it does get fixed eventually (it just comes and goes). 😯🙂 Aside from that, my WeatherBug app works just fine on my phone (and tablet). 🤔😯🤷‍♀️ This was never an issue for me whenever I first got the app from a few years ago. No idea what happened that caused this issue to occur, but still.

Changing my rating from 5 stars to 1.5 stars. Full page ads that pop up without any way to close them (even after clicking and going to mint mobile website) are way too invasive. I had to actually close Weatherbug and relaunch it. I would be willing to pay $2 to remove ads permanently, because I like Weatherbug, but I'm certainly not willing to pay $2 PER MONTH for simple weather information that is available in about a million other places for free.
