One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. People on the other side are rude, unhelpful, do not answer the phone. I shouldn't have to get transfered from another extension to reach the correct department, and I've had calls from them confirming receipts that they should have already known were due. Still trying to cancel billing, even after all is said and done.

Needs to actually say if a test jas been completed, several instamces where the test seems to be taken/accepted then a reminder to take a test comes back up as if no test had been taken. Tests can fail to submit when using WiFi as well as phone signal. Ability to only use notification tones and not ring tones makes ot easy to sleep through/miss notifications.

Garbage devices constantly giving me false positives. Very annoying. I've taken two tests today prefectly fine. My 3rd test fails. All I've done is drink coffee. Ridiculous.
