If it ain't broke, don't fix it! In typical corporate fashion, you forced a virtually useless prepackaged on the mainland app on customers. The best features of the old app no longer exist. This entire app is geared towards the top 2% with the big bucks. No more debit card transaction notifications like the old app had. No more account transactions notifications that are actually useful. Constantly has misinformation in the useless 'insight' feature. The upgrade is more like a major downgrade.

For weeks I had a glitch with this app, because rather than updating the old app, BOH created an entirely separate one--this one. As a result, I had two different BOH apps downloaded, and that was confusing my phone. I spent an hour calling customer service and was somewhat assisted by a representative who was confused and misinformed herself, but at least I was able to figure out that BOH had created an entirely new app instead of an update. This was confusing for customers and poorly handled.

Impossible to see, despite option to enlarge. Ridiculous logging in. Does not close properly. Does not allow quick access or reading the statements. Impossible to log out immediately..FIX IT IS MOST CERTAINLU NOT USER FRIENDLY OR USEFUL FOR FAST ACCESS. IT KEEPS TELLING TO LOG IN WITH CODE SENT TO MY PHONE EVERY SINGLE TIME -FIX The old app was perfectly fine.
