Ratings and reviews

Not able to delete old previous messages. Only gives you options to block or report person. Then I log on and think i have New message and it's the same 2 that I've seen every time I get on the app. Very inconvenient. Can't delete any messages at all. Update 8/27/24. App has improved. I am now able to use it and delete old messages on the app. Thank you for that.

The concept of the company itself is fantastic. The app is one of the worst ones out there. Apparently they have not invested well in an IT department. From little glitches to entirely not being able to communicate with a customer, this app is full of problems. Often, the app won't even open some of the tabs, just wheel of death. Their customer support team has yet to solve a single problem, doubt any real humans work there, and they just tell you on repeat to uninstall and reinstall the app.

The app is a bit janky and slow. It doesn't always load current up to the minute updates. I pay for the premium care app. I can't get current messages causing me to miss out on work and not get messages at all unless I look at my email. My app is set to notify me, but it doesn't. I have the new Samsung S24 ultra.
