About this app

Do you have access to Castlight through your employee benefits plan? If so, you and your dependents can download Castlight Mobile: a personal healthcare dashboard that helps you find affordable and high quality care, anytime, anywhere.

Key features:
Find care - Search for a doctor near you. Results are always in-network and include personalized cost estimates and quality data so you can make choices that are right for you.
Past care - Track your health care spending and claims with at-a-glance information about what you’ve spent and why.
Plan status - Track how much of your deductible you’ve met, see your HSA balance, and review basic information about your health coverage all in one place.
eCard - A medical insurance card is part of the app so you’ll never be without your insurance card again.

Ratings and reviews

The app is so slow. Constant "you have a notification" notifications that don't give you any indication or hint what it is about, so you assume it is important, only to have to wait for it to slowly login, then find out the notification was actually some ad/promotion for a cycle tracker/fertility app. And there's no way to disable or turn off these promotion notifications without disabling the useful notifications, too.

Terrible app. This is provided free with my work medical insurance, and now I know why. Can't even adequately and easily search for providers. You can search but it does not show you all providers and only the specific ones. Even some that I personally know are in my area and are good providers so not show in this app's search. The only thing it is good at is harassing you with "suggested" procedures

Nothing about this app works as it is supposed to. I have my tracker linked, yet only get credit for steps when I manually sync. Also the dashboard is supposed to track your medical spend, and how much of your deductible you've covered, hasn't been updated since early Feb. Completely unreliable app.
