Ratings and reviews

I've tried logging in multiple times, keep getting the same error message each time I try, "you could not be logged in to the service at this time: Unauthorized". I see why the ratings are so poor, the app is useless. Very disappointing.

just like all the other reviews say, i can't log in. it looks like this has been an issue for years. pretty disappointing.

I NEVER CAN LOG IN . IT SAYS ITS UNAUTHORIZED AT THIS TIME . WHICH IS EVERYTIME ... I WOULD LIKE TO USE THIS APP . AT THIS POINT IT REALLY IS A WASTE OF SPACE !
