I have had Ambetter insurance for several years, and overall, I really like it. However, I often encounter issues with the billing process. Additionally, when I'm trying to find a physician using the app, I'm unable to click on the phone number to call directly. While it’s great that I can click on the address to access the map, I wish the app allowed me to copy the information to save it elsewhere, as it currently does not have that capability. Is there any chance this feature could be added?

Mobile App was working great before update, now doesn't work at all. When trying to log in , I put my user ID, which is accepted, then password which is accepted. Then it does nothing but show an ambetter screen with a caption "open once or always". I Pressed always. Does nothing. Deleted app. Worthless since update . This sucks not being able to access my health plan.

This is the second time I have been enrolled with Ambetter, the first time I had it is was incredibly frustrating and I was so happy to switch to a different insurance. I am now back with it and I can't even log into on the website or the app!!! AHHH I am so frustrated. The screen just goes white and the app just keeps crashing. I can't believe it has not improved at all over the years...I wish I could be with a different insurance but I am stuck here. so disappointing.
