This app is complete garbage! Each time I log in using either biometrics OR the email/password option, it attempts to load the homescreen for the app and then the screen goes white and stops loading anything entirely. This has been happening for over 2 days now. Had to call their automated system to make a payment and the confirmation number was so garbled I couldn't understand it...then when it gave the option to repeat the confirmation number, I said yes and it hung up on me. Again, garbage.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Trying to get some information from my last doctor visit. So I downloaded this app. Spent 20 minutes just trying to get into the app. Gave them all the information and after giving them my email address and signing in with that, they insisted on sending me a text also for verification. I tried three times and the text never went through. I double checked that I had the number correct. Had to give up. This app is GARBAGE! LIKE THEIR HEALTHCARE!

A genuinely terrible app, it offers fingerprint sign in (it doesn't work) that always just sends you an actual sign in anyways. After that, it's an 80% chance you get booted to a black screen that doesn't do anything, and you're stuck. Even if you do manage to get past it, trying to get to the billing tab to pay for your insurance sends you to ANOTHER black screen that freezes the app, then you have to sign in again. Absolutely useless app.
