Ratings and reviews

The app is slow. Signing in through the app sends you to the webpage, back to the app, then back to the webpage, then back to the app. Using the provider list shows that it doesn't accept anyone that it previously said it did through the marketplace. I tried signing up for the rewards or whatever they call it and that never loaded either. Not worth it.

This app is nearly useless. I have it set up to login with biometrics, it accepts my fingerprint, logs in, and immediately goes back to the login screen. Logging in with your ID is hot and miss. It absolutely does not accept the Authenticator App code if you have one set up and forced you to get one from email. Even then there's a good chance that once it logs you in it'll immediately go back to the login screen. Fix your app!

App itself is fine once you can get in. You can link your biometrics to login but it never works, just asks you to scan a second time and then sits there. The only way you can log in is by going to the browser and manually inputting your password which is slow and tedious comparatively. Either biometric login shouldn't be offered or it should be working, not this in between "fantasy-feature".
