A better app is coming for My Health Net CA! Once the switch is finished, the current app will no longer be used, and all your health plan information will be available on the "Ambetter Health" app. You’ll get a message telling you when the change is done and how to get the new app. This will be shared through a pop-up message and link in the current My Health Net CA app.

very Disappointing I don't like this App because everytime I login it asks to Verify that it's me..Everytime I login.. Very Annoying..very disappointing

You seriously need to update your app. Don't you think it's time for a thumb print log-in feature? You guys are still stuck in the past. 2 🌟

App is still glichty... won't let me log in but when it does its one time and as soon as I log out or back out of it won't let me log in unless I rest my password, plus on top of that in the app says only for California residents. App really needs some upgrading or something a new developer idk but it's ridiculous, and frustrating that it's that much hassle to log in to something. My plan just started too. So app/online is no good. But they do have a cool virtual calling for appointments.
