I can't even get on the app OR website!! I created an account with email and password, but when I enter them, it says they sent a verification code to my email. I enter the code and tap "continue," and it does NOTHING!!! I've done this before, a number of times, and have never had this problem. Ridiculous app AND website!!!!! Update: I downloaded another app to scan the code on my card, and I was able to sign into the app. Let's hope I can easily get all of my prescribed meds.

This app is less than helpful. The font on the care plan is too tiny to see, and the app does not rotate the pages or allow them to magnify the pages. I have the wrong provider on the card in the app but the right provider when I try to change. It does not track appointments I have been to nor upcoming appointments. The font needs to be bigger in the app overall.

This app is pretty awful. After an update (Aug 15, 2023 for me) it is no better. It looks like they are now using a contractor for their security, which usually doesn't end well. Also, now there are server issues (ID card unavailable, etc) probably due to high volume after the update. Some features are flat-out still non-functional, as before. For example, Pharmacy Finder - no results. If the app improves somewhere down the road, will gladly update.
