Wellcare+ is the mobile app all members need. Take your Medicare and Prescription Drug Plan ID cards with you on the go, find a provider, view claims, and stay connected.

Wellcare is designed to make Medicare easier. With Wellcare+, you’ll always have your prescription coverage with you when you need it. You can stop carrying around insurance cards in your wallet, and you can quickly find a doctor or pharmacy in your network.

Wellcare+ is not currently available to former Allwell, Fidelis, Health Net, and Trillium Medicare members. We are working tirelessly to support those members with this app.

Poorly designed and effectively non functional. The primary issue is that submitting insurance information doesn't work. It never actually adds so you can't move past setup. But also data entry is inconsistent in format, and it won't let you actually add a number to text codes to either. It's as if someone said "hey let's make concept art for a members services app and stop there". Can't even check my balance using number either because selecting the option just loops the option menu.

I can't even get on the app OR website!! I created an account with email and password, but when I enter them, it says they sent a verification code to my email. I enter the code and tap "continue," and it does NOTHING!!! I've done this before, a number of times, and have never had this problem. Ridiculous app AND website!!!!! Update: I downloaded another app to scan the code on my card, and I was able to sign into the app. Let's hope I can easily get all of my prescribed meds.

Horrible almost useless app. Doesn't connect to show rx history, doesn't show any messages (but I've been sent 3 letters via mail). Blank screen under About us & Contact us. Doesnt show my ID card to reprint it. (Says no ID to show). The only thing that works is clicking the link to search drug prices, but it's an external link. Also, this app won't let me see or print a copy of my formulary. Useless! One last thing is the ridiculous way you sign in via an emailed code, each time.
