We utilize a measured balance of technology and safe healthcare practices built on a safe, private, and compliant data-encrypted IT infrastructure. All patient visits and corresponding personal information entries are completely confidential and are secured by the latest data encryption technology. Our platform enables patients to engage with our team of physicians for online medical consultations and prescription medications related to everything from relatively minor issues like ear infections and allergies to more chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension. We even offer referrals for imaging and lab testing as well as provide prescription refills for existing medications and doctor’s notes!

HOW IT WORKS
Choose between an asynchronous visits or a phone visit with a medical provider.
To get medical care from a provider simply select a condition, answer some questions about your medical history and symptoms, then pick-up your prescription from your pharmacy within 1-2 hours.

App interface isn't user friendly. When I was trying to send messages my keyboard would cover the area I was trying to type in and I kept having to close my keyboard to review what I wrote. I was under the impression I would be having a one on one live conversation with a doctor, but instead it was like playing a game of phone tag messages. I confirmed to move forward with the treatment plan, and keep getting messages that I haven't confirmed, even though they responded to my confirmation

Edit-the response to this and my medication was very fast and I appreciate the customer service. The interface of the app needs work - very slow app - every time I would leave the app to collect information like grabbing my license, it kicks me out and I have to start all over again with my consultation - When entering info, the keyboard will block my view cause the app does not adjust

Amazing! They are straightforward, take insurance, and provide exellent sexual healthcare options, as well as a host of other lab tests. Response times couldve been more impressive but weren't bad. Other apps are just goofy. Go with call-on-doc. Its way better than Teledoc (they couldn't even order labs. What a joke!). 😃
