It's sometimes hard to figure out which toll you actually used based on the abbreviation and limited description, and some tolls take a while to appear in your account as well. Otherwise, it is easy to utilize.

Keeps crashing. Unacceptable! It says "An unexpected error occurred. Sorry for the inconvenience" This happens when I select the option to keep me logged in. Only if you have your passcode on your phone. Every time the app loses focus. You need to enter you userid and password into this app. To drive you nuts. Or force you to enter the password on the lock screen. I don't want to do either one.

This app is a total scam. It’s already taken $25 from my bank account three times totally 75 , but it never shows up in my balance. No refund, no credit. When I call customer service, they just say it’s "pending." It’s been pending for like three or four months now. I have no idea when they plan to give me my money back.
