Awful experience it's been using Way2Go. Insanely good at only one thing: declining online purchases. Plus, they are considered a "pre-paid" card by most banks so if they don't decline your online purchase, then the bank you want to transfer the money to will almost certainly decline doing business with you. And, for the life of me, I've been unable to pin a customer support number. Now that I think of it? The daily limit to send out is 75$ on cashapp. It's my money and I need it now!Just awful.

Can you fix whatever you did to make this app intermittently fail to error messages? I feel like whenever I have money to transfer, non-stop error messages about some "unexpected occurrence" or (whatever it says) basically makes the app unusable. I had to use the website, which still gave me some "exception" until I left 50¢ in my account. Maybe it's not specifically the app then. Now that there's no money in there, it somehow magically works fine, as I can't even bring up the error again. Huh.

"something went wrong" "unable to process", inconsistent app. never works when I need it to. frustrating to use as you never know if it will work. can't transfer money to my bank so I have to pay ATM fees to pull it out. edit: turned off wifi and it worked immediately after writing this review.
