Password reset from inside the app is unusable for Android because you can't enter a date directly into the birthday field - you are forced to use a calendar widget that you have to manually jump back month by month until you find your birthday. I ain't tapping the back arrow 500 times, be real now

Nightmare to use. I was asked for more info. The gist is your user experience is really bad. You can have security and a user friendly app & website. I spent hours just trying to get into my account. The emails sometimes didn't come at all or so long you have to watch a show to get it. Simple two factor authentication would have made this better. I had to call during work hours just to fix this. My own bank app is better. You need better programmers.

Wouldn't let me create an account. I had one set back a little over 8 years ago and forgot the login info, I was able to have them delete that account, but then I couldn't create a new account. I just use Money Gram, it's much easier
