couldn't get my payments sent to the right people, so I lost my license cause my payments were not reflecting on my account. Horrible!! Horrible!! Service!! I got locked out of the app everytime I tried to log on, and had to call to get the account unlocked to reset the password everytime I had to figure out how my money isn't reaching the right account. ( THEY CAN'T HELP ONE BIT ON THE PHONE EXCEPT FOR GETTING AROUND THE APP ) on top of all those problems, you're forced to use there services.

Won't let me add a payment method without getting confused and thinking that I am trying to add a whole new account. Then totally locks me out so now I can't pay for two separate reasons. This is one of the worst apps I've ever used in my life and it handles people's money..... Get yourself together, Expert Pay. You are lame.

Fee everytime you use the app. then you start getting notified of arrears because they send the payment extremely late.. multiple times ive had to show proof of payment to CS enforcement.. because of this I do not recommend you use this app. instead go to your local child support website and click on one of the 100% free payment options.. you need to be better if your going to provide this type of time sensitive service.
