"The ConnectEBT app is the fast, secure and easy way to monitor your EBT available balance, deposits, transaction activity, and select or change your PIN. The app currently supports Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Utah and Virginia EBT. We are excited to bring support for additional state programs in the near future.

more often than not I keep getting a server error message & it always happens when I'm ready to pay for my food & I can't do anything about it! I have to call the card services help desk & wait for all the prompts, menu choices, pre-recorded things that are repetitive & annoying because they have nothing to do with the reason I'm calling, I can't skip it, then after I finally get ahold of an someone all they can do is unlock my card, after that my funds are unsecured until the stupid app works!!

I'm not that "Tech Savvy" but this app is very easy to use. For me, the hardest part was creating an acceptable login, ugh! Once I concurred that, the rest was a piece of cake. I love being able to immediately lock/unlock my card to protect my benefits. I unlock and lock it back at checkout!! As soon as I know my total at the register I unlock my card, pay for my groceries and then I lock it back before leaving the register! That simple!

Updating my review. Useless!I've not been able to use the app because I keep getting an error that says " there is an error when decrypting the data". This app has become useless. The app shows my balance and transactions as it should. Therefore, I rated it 3 stars. It's meh... But right now, EBT benefit theft is raging due to cards being cloned or skimmed. Please consider adding an option to lock or freeze the card to prevent theft. If it had that feature, it would be a 5 star app!
