My experience with Convoy has been very good. Convoy pays very well. That's the main thing I like about Convoy. I have had issues before with Convoy and they have worked with me. Still waiting to get some road bundles out of state. Maybe that will come in time but they have moved up to be a favorite on my list. They're app is really good best I have seen from start until now and is still strong. They have set the industry standard for app use. I have no complaints for Convoy.

After the last update I now have a persistent notification that won't go away that says "check the convoy app for new loads". Do not put persistent notifications like this on apps without a way to turn it off without just disabling all notifications. Guess I won't be using convoy until they fix that. Not that I use it much anyway because their rates are horrible and they take forever to respond to bids(usually just denied anyway).

Convoy is no more, it's now Flexport something, and it's run by unprofessional. We booked a load thru them, as driver was heading for the pick up, they called and said the broker canceled the shipment. Then they went ahead and put a Hold on out account. When we asked them why, they started arguing, lying, and accusing falsely as to why we didn't talk to other broker. We have stopped booking with them and will never book another load. it's run by unprofessionals that will waste your time.
