Well the map location is the worst ever. If the car is right next to you, it will show a kilometre away. New update, most drivers have all apps, they prefer Uber more, especially in rush hours.

The worst app I have ever seen and I have seen a lot. If there was a negative 6 star I would give that. Driver says trip is cancelled and keeps getting the cancellation ring yet my app show I'm being driven to my destination. It's a corporate ride, do you expect me to pay the driver off the app?

2024 update: major strides made to improve the app. Giving it 2 stars as the app forces you to give it location access. I understand they can claim itnis needed for the cab but from competitors, you can still the app without granting the permission, you'll just get degraded estimates, which is fine. I use the movies option a lot to check what is in the cinema and being forced to grant location permission just to check what's in cinema is ridiculous. Kenya only has a handful of cinemas.
