Update: Dave.. I'm not going to continue paying the membership fee if I can't t use membership services!! My owed balance is zero. I haven't really had much issue using this app, but right now I'm pretty annoyed. I've always paid on time, no question. I have also paid the membership fee too. How is it that after payments without missing a beat, and paying the monthly membership fee, you just randomly decide I'm not eligible for an advance.

It works overall. They are very predatory in their language about things such as setting up cash advance and other features. I would not call them a scam, but they use all the carnival trick. Makes sure you read everything as to not disappoint your self, when you realize you do not qualify. The biggest reason I gave it three. Nearly just two stats. The surveys offered do feel like a scam. You get sent on wild goose chases a portion of the time. Like directly about the estimates time to complete.

I was really loving Dave app it was helping me manage my bills better. I slowly got my advanced transfer rate raised to $400 and for a few months now I've been getting the $400 advance and paying it back one day early. Suddenly and without notice after paying back a $400 advance Plus $20 in fees one day early they lowered my rate to $175. I greatly rely on these apps to help me manage my expenses and for them to do this to me actually put me in a worse situation than I was to begin with.
