Absolutely LOVE Chime! Not quite enough participating 🏧, but if you have a regular bank, you can just transfer to that bank and use their ATM machines. Getting paid two days early, when you get paid every two weeks, makes going through a couple extra steps, all worth it. Well you ever be compatible with android pay?
I absolutely love this bank and the concept. There is one MAJOR flaw, customer service literally will take days to get back to you. I sent a message yesterday and I still haven't heard anything. I'm thinking I have to switch again because this is extremely important when it comes to people's money.
I really like the app and the card. But customer support is almost no existent. I've contacted them several times and have only heard from them twice. Still have not fixed my problem with not receiving my 10℅ bonus. Which is the main reason I started using them.
I love chime been very helpful to fix a ll my issues since my card was stolen twice i love how you can shut off the card until you get a new one. Only bad thing is slow replies back from customer service maybe you need a number to get ahold of you guys to make it easier

This is the worst bank that I have ever done business with. The customer service is awful. They don't return any communication as they say they will. They suspended my account because I needed to provide more information proving my identity. I sent the documents they requested, and they told me the they would lift the suspension within 24 hours. That never happened. I then called and was on hold for 30 minutes. Then the representative answered and immediately hung up. In addition to that, they never even notified me that they suspended my account. I had to find out the hard way. This is the worst banking experience I have ever had. I definitely do not recommend this bank.
