Driver support is fantastic! They are easy to reach, and you get a real person on the phone. App is pretty straightforward and easy to use (unless your Internet connection is poor). Base pay is quite low, so you heavily rely on tips (like many other gig apps). I'm in the suburbs and still get offers that aren't 50 miles or more away... though I still get those, too.

This app has been so disappointing. I'm a driver for Uber and Lyft. over 3,000 rides and deliveries. Been on this app several problems with the app. the response from customer service has not helped at all. I'm pretty good at maneuvering apps but I'm just disappointed with the entire presentation of this company. People take time to send info over...background checks...purchasing of bags and in 2 months I've seen nothing but error message after error message. 2 alerts for low paying jobs.

Google needs to add no stars option. I been with this company for months I bought the bags and was ready to deliver. I do other delivery apps as well. So maneuvering around the app was pretty easy. I have it set up since day 1 on ALWAYS AVAILABLE and NOTHING COMES IN. I spoke with cs and they told me to delete the app and reinstall which I did... and drumm roll NOTHING. no dings no offers NOTHING. And now the app has logged me out. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
