Once they get your money, they completely disappear. Their so-called "support" is useless, no help when you face issues, & zero after-sales service. The platform itself is slow, buggy, & unreliable. They claim to assist in setting up & optimizing the webpage, but it turns out to be a disaster. The templates are outdated, and there is

"I bought Digital Showroom, thinking it was Google-affiliated. Big mistake! No demo, no trial. Sales team pushed Premium Plus. I settled for Premium, but customization options were limited. Unimpressive themes, dated design. Lesson learned: research, demo, trial before buying!"

Well, I just wanted to take a look at this "digital showroom" app, hoping it would give me something to start with, and I can later decide to purchase any plans or premium features. Won't say that I didn't expect a completely free app, but had atleast expected the free one to allow a couple of basic features to be used. Alas, you have to buy a domain first, buy a theme, then you can maybe - get started, who knows. Cannot even add a product in the catalogue without buying a theme.
