Parang di man lang na test nang mga developer ang app nato. Registration is very difficult. OTP is not working on some phone #s, it does not accept printed ePhilID and when you try to go back to change the type of ID, it won't let you. Customer service button is not working. This app does not need improvement, it needs to be deleted.

You placed an option for philsys eID but you asked to take a photo. Now you did not accept pictures of my eID (on my phone) because it is not clear. You also do not have the option to go back to select ID choices so I can reselect my LTO Driver's License ID. Please improve your app

This apps is not good to use aside form very slow on sending OTP,it very hard to create account most specially on passcode input,it is only 4 numbers but the system cannot detect your inputs
