- Personalize your Wave by programming the buttons on the device for quick access to your favorite sessions.
- Customize sessions by setting the temperature level (9 levels) and session duration (from 1 minute to 9 hours).
- Save, edit, and rename your favorite sessions to your preferences.
- Schedule your Wave to run cooling and warming sessions automatically at specified times.
- Dim or turn off the lights on your device for an optimal sleep experience.
- Track how you use the Wave to learn about your body over time.
- Keep your Wave up to date with the latest features and improvements with app and firmware updates.

constantly connecting??? I don't understand why I have to connect my device every time I open the app. I already paired it so it should be connected. but every time I open the app it has to connect. However, I love the cooling sensation. although it does not eliminate hot flashes as I originally thought it does help them.

A great addition to the Embr Wave hardware! Intuitive and effective, doesn't require a subscription fee, connects easily to my device, offers useful and unobtrusive hints, and allows for customization of my experience. The Embr Wave isn't cheap, but with my chronic illness and chronic pain both made significantly worse by bad temperature regulation, this is absolutely worth it!

The Wave 2 is great when it works. The app is absolute junk which means most of the time the wave will barely function. It all started fine, and then continually got harder and harder to connect and use the app. Now for about a month it has been completely unable to connect, and sometimes the Wave randomly just doesn't even work. I've had it less than a year and now it's an expensive, discolored, piece of junk. Save your money and frustration and just buy a personal sized fan instead.
