I love this app personally, it's always worked beautifully and I've gotten exclusive merchandise from the artists that flock there. 10/10 app I would recommend to everyone. I love the layout and how easy it is to find everything when you're able to organize them by seller and favorites you can separate into different collections, you won't find that with Ebay, Amazon, Mercari, or any other website. App is easy to navigate, understand, and make purchases without complication

It's a great app for finding personalized gifts and well-made fursuits. However since everything is so high quality the prices are through the roof and it'll be often that you have to pay 30 to 40 dollars just for a cool T-shirt or a pair of pants. Also the shipping prices are absolutely ridiculous! An item that cost $35.00 will be almost $50.00 with the shipping fee! In short I think Etsy is a good app overall, but you have to make sure the stuff you want has free or reduced shipping.

The app doesn't work correctly. It duplicates orders - this is a known issue and it is completely random. it also loses orders. Buyers and Sellers are seeing these problems. Also, I signed up to be an insider to save on shipping and every time I tried to claim my "free tote" the app crashed. you can't get anyone in the "help". I had to sign out of the app then go to my browser in incognito mode just to sign in and access my account and check my orders and claim my tote. Fix the app!!!!
