ok, whoever is here to install this, do not buy it. Only leads to additional stress. I bought the true view cam for rs.1000 and the annual package cloud services for 999. Device stopped working within 12 hrs of installation and the playback recording wasnt working either on cloud. There is no contact number and the mails repeatedly ask for same information though i clearly mentioned everything in detail with request for refund. If the company folks see this - pls reach out to resolve!!!!

after upgrade the app it's not working properly mobile notifications are not getting. when connect support team. they are giving different different reasons finally they said we are gettingnotifications they are said and closing the call, but my problem is not resolved yet. I have checked all the settings nothing is changed. still issue is there and they don't have onsite support. please check before you are purchasing. Here we will not get the support. better to take how provide onsite support

1. Memory card is getting corrupted that you can't recover 2. In playback there is no speed management. 3. In motion alert there will be some 4 to 5 option only one option seems work that is always activate ir led. If I want to activate white led all time it turns on but once you do something else it will turn off. Similarly in smart motion alert to detect motion camera need ir to on but here also everything is getting off. As a developer why this is not tested?
