Irritating. Every time I try to order from this app, it says "order cannot be placed, contact store location". This has been going on for months now, even after updating. Also, rewards don't always show up where they're supposed to. I had to get all the way to the payment option before it showed my $5 off coupon, which I thought expired since I couldn't SEE it. The only reason I keep this app is for the menu and for seeing how many rewards I have available (when it works).

I much prefer the previous app. After installing the new one, it has a message that pops up telling me that rewards are not available at all locations. The message will not go away, and covers the whole screen. Even when I click 'Do not show this message again,' it's still there. Also, I never received my free pretzel reward for downloading the new app. Please fix! I love Pretzlemaker, but this new app is just frustrating.

No matter if I try to sign up or login from my previous account, I get the error code "gender not included in this list". I have been trying for days, deleted the app, and more, but no luck. Youre going to have a LOT of frustrated customers today for #nationalpretzelday.
