never ever use this application to get the train ticket confirmed through the go confirm program. it's just a scam. I booked 3 tickets worth 750 (travel fair)+150(go confirm charges)+ 200( zero cancellation charges). the ticket got cancelled and I got 750 return to my payment method and 750 as coupon ( it is useless as you need to use it to book ticket with in 7 days and from the specific stations where Goibibo suggest the stations not where you need). so it's a scam , never ever use the app.

Your interface is so bad. Literally the visuals sucks. There are a lot of things wrong here, you don't have a 12 hour format option, every time causes confusion. There is no final price mentioned while paying also the amount shown increases while paying. It's a direct theft. You are charging that amount that should be mentioned and the final price should be mentioned at the front not at the time of paying. As You are allowing the cancellation it's your duty to make it default not optional.

I always book my flight from this apps but for the first time I cancelled my flight because there is an option of full refund but i didn't get any refund since it's already 7days have passed. When i chat with the AI and also contact there helpline number, it's so helpless. If there is no full refund option i will not cancell my flight, why i will waste my money like that😭
