Ratings and reviews

The app is having so many issues, and there is no customer support to clear our doubts. Like literally zero, I am not able to verify my bank account and there is no help for it available.

while the app is ok...I had marked 0 in the inventory for a type of room which was fully occupied in our lodge but how come customer could book one of the room which was marked fully occupied

Application is just ok. Not very much user friendly. most of the time it doesn't open, keeps on loading up. Rather use it on computer.
