No Real costomer support for the host. just number of business development manager and zonal manager on app and they never pick up the call or revert on mail. MMT should set up a proper costomer support for the hosts like AirBnb have to provide prompt solutions and help for the host.

Not easy to use app and frequently lags, website is better for managing. Lately since the new update, the app glitches a lot.! Edit-1: Needs more internet than any other app to open. Edit-2: The agents who help the hosts are just helping the bottom line of their company. No support for the hosts. The platform is totally guest centric.
