Your interface is so bad. Literally the visuals sucks. There are a lot of things wrong here, you don't have a 12 hour format option, every time causes confusion. There is no final price mentioned while paying also the amount shown increases while paying. It's a direct theft. You are charging that amount that should be mentioned and the final price should be mentioned at the front not at the time of paying. As You are allowing the cancellation it's your duty to make it default not optional.

Garbage app, most of the time the app has some bugs(the app shows the ticket availability but when clicked, it re-directs me to the home page) , unable to book tickets while the same ticket is available on other apps(websites) and there's no way we can talk to a customer support agent about this issue. I am really disappointed to have this app installed on my phone.. note: this is the only ticket booking app I have on my phone and I am deleting this garbage app right away..

This is a fraud application. even after opting for free date change during booking they charge date change amount separately. also it says we will pay you 1939 amount difference, its in invoice, but will pay only 939. Goibibo won't refund your amount, you have to reach out to customer care, else they will gobble your money. Lastly they have poor customer care service. I would never recommend to use this app.
