Needs Major Improvements The app has several serious issues that make it difficult to use: 1. Booking system is unreliable - It shows "Total Fare: INR 0.0" which indicates the booking functionality is not working properly. The system seems to be under too much load and frequently fails. 2. No bus tracking - The real-time bus tracking feature doesn't work at all, making it impossible to know where your bus is or when it will arrive. 3. Poor user interface - The app is very complex and not use

it's disappointing. Buggy App.. Emails are not sent. Not able to search booking by mobile no. or email. After booking the email was not sent, only got SMS. By mistake sms was deleted. Now I am not able to search the booking anyhow from the application. I have booked for the day after tomorrow. Also had trouble in the past using the App.

1.UI & Search facility to bad. 2. Payment method didnt work so many times and failed transaction. 3. Case sensitivity during search time is so bad we cant change place after single search done. 4. whole page reload and make search new for new selection
