Horrible Experience! I have never encountered anything as ridiculous as this app. I plan to never use the credit card unless absolute emergency and then make payments only through my (simple) bank bill payer. I pay most of my accounts online using each cards websites with no problem, but THIS is a mess. Honestly SHOCKED at all the numbers and codes required to set this up....total waste of time. Who thought this was a good idea, or even acceptable to release? Dont believe me? Try setting it up.

This is a nightmare! Just use the website, seriously! No payment button. Bunch of "tools" unrelated to your credit card account. You can check balance and transactions, that's IT! Has the feel of a foreign 1990s website condensed into an "app". Makes no attempt to hide your acct number. YOUR ENTIRE 16 digits is ALSO one of the few things you will see. All together, this makes me scared to use my card. I would give this app a negative 100 if possible. It DOES NOOOOTHING! Don't waste your time! UPDATE: While customer service showed me how to simplify login for CC only accounts.... NOW, if you don't have access to Wi-Fi YOU CAN NOT UPDATE AT ALL AND AREN'T ALLIWED TO USE THE APP... some "mobile" app, huh? Don't bother! This app is one joke after another. Use your laptop! SERIOUSLY!

Fairly clunky in general and the login experience is quite cumbersome. It also seems to install updates outside the Play Store update process, which is slow and anniying. The app is quite unreliable too. It sometimes just loads a whitescreen. Its not really useful enough for me to rely on. Seriously considering moving my account to a company with a better digital experience.
