Food is great, app sucks!!! Insists I use a store farther away from my house. Our favorite location is 1.2 miles app takes me to 2.5 miles away store! Tried different phones, tried through website, tried as guest, uninstalled and reinstalled. I would order by phone because that is what my husband does and they know his order BUT then you can't use online only coupons. I have never been forced to another farther away store with any other company. Also signs out when hit back. Fix been years!

Difficult. Every time we try to order, this app is difficult. This time, it wouldn't let my husband change the month his credit card expires. I ended up taking over and the same thing happened to me. Frustrating! Finally, I tried again and was ready to give up, when I changed it to a different month, twice, then the expiration month we really wanted and this time it worked! We are also frustrated that we receive no notification of when the pizza is going to be ready.

Food is incredible and that comes first. I would give the pizza a 6 out of 5, but the app needs a little work. Doesnt save cards for future use, and general layout and selection is kind of confusing and takes some training to get used to. Luckily I order from Romeo's basically every day, so I have become familiarized...but it's not the Uber app. That should be the standard.
