EXCELLENT customer svc!!! Our vacuum was off line and we couldn't get it to connect despite many many attempts by us even following the instructions. We've used it for years, but suddenly it was not programable using it with the app. We called customer svc and the rep got us back online within 5 minutes!! Very impressive!! Very patient and knowledgeable!! I am very happy!!!

Had the unit for almost 2 years now. In the beginning the app and robot worked great. Now the app is TRASH. When you click to save changes to room borders, schedule, or any action, it NEVER SAVES. The vac remaps at random times. Definitely ever since the 3D map update it's been TERRIBLE. Sure the 3D map is cool but it doesn't do anything special. Their QA on updates has gone DOWNHILL. And don't ask me to check to make sure I'm on latest, I am. Upgrades should not be DOWNGRADES.

This app really is as astoundingly bad as everyone says. 100% useless, making the robot vacuum itself useless. Can't connect, constant connection timeout issues. I've removed and re-added the vacuum three times, same result. Finally started it manually; it can't handle rugs of ANY height and kept stopping, and every time I re-started it, it set the previous screwed up map as my home's map. Returned it, what a waste of time!
