Update 11/2. Not sure what you have done. But thumbnails don't refresh. Can'update activity zones. Not all Clips are captured ( I see the blue light, hear the click, but nothing shows in the app) Clips are super lagged vs previous. And seriously, the new app format (per below) sucks. I expect more from Amazon. Why do you keep making this app worse? For the love of God simplify not complicate! Deleting a clip. Seeing a clip. Eveything is more complex and time consuming!

Terrible, With Great connection the delay between alerting you and being able to see the clip is terrible. Only one user can watch clips or live at a time. This camera system could allow someone to enter your home before you even manage to load the notifications clip. When it does notify you it takes you to the live feed and not to the saved clip of motion detected. Spend more on a service that will actually provide protection.

Takes forever to load, wether on cell data or wifi. I've set it to record motion for 60 sec and it rarely does, I normally just get a few seconds. The live view just loads and never shows anything half the time. I'm paying for the subscription and you can't even go back and view the feed. This is the worst camera I own. Even the cheap offbrand ones are better!
