Pathetic! Never seen as useless app as this one . While booking Tatkal tickets at 11 Am it shows , please try booking after 10 Am or Tatkal starts at 10 am for AC coaches . Also after the ticket wasn't booked they have that money in the app , apparently you can't get it back in your account because it's their policy , I am also not getting any options to get in touch with them . useless service, don't download it at all .

Hello ixigo App , I am your old passenger and i want to say that your app is loading (processing) is very slow to update station status . so please fix the bugs of Slow processing of the update station problem . I think that you have to give update of Train running status without internet, and how should it had to work on device location 'so no need of internet. I hope you understand my problem. Thankyou ixigo train app .
